Here's a quick fix for this error if anyone gets it when uploading videos to YouTube on a PC or Laptop. It DON'T fix the error completely but it's more a work around so you can do what you need to do in editing without the error stopping you making changes.
MY problem (as you can see in the video) was that I couldn't make any changes to the video's setting and kept getting that error, this video shows how I worked around that problem for the new Creator Studio (BETA).
Please note, this is NOT my usual type of video I upload, but it was a fix I figured out and wanted to share with you guys as I noticed MOST of the fixes I seen on Google or on YT were all to do with iOS/Android fixes.
