A LONG TIME AGO, IN A GALAXY FAR, FAR AWAY!
This is the longplay of the game Super Star Wars - Return of the Jedi, action, plataform and shooter game for Super Nintendo. This game was produced by Sculptured Software, published by JVC and released in 1994 in the United States and Europe and in 1995 in Japan.
It is the third and final game in the Super Star Wars trilogy and is based on the 1983 film Return of the Jedi.
The story follows the same premise as its predecessors and the plot is based on the events of the film Return of the Jedi, the third and final film in the first trilogy of the Star Wars franchise. In this game, in addition to being able to play with Luke Skywalker (who is already a Jedi Knight, using a green lightsaber and the powers of the Force), we also control Solo (with a blaster and grenades) and Chewie (Crossbow and Spin Attack), in addition to Princess Leia (who is also the only one who uses different clothes and powers according to the time of the story), as well as Wickett The Ewok (who uses a bow and arrow, in addition to dealing massive amounts of damage to enemies).
In addition to the platforming stages, the game also includes vehicle stages such as the Speed Biker and the Milennium Falcon. It is a game with lighter difficulty than the previous ones, but still very challenging. Without a doubt, a fantastic game, with great graphics and the soundtrack of the movie with excellent arrangements.
The game was rereleased by THQ in 1997 to coincide with the theatrical release of the "Special Edition" of the film. This version removes the JVC logo from the game's intro, as the company was no longer involved in publishing duties at that point. This is the re-release version (1.1), released in 1997. This is the second video I recorded of this game, with a much better encoding and including all stages where Leia appears (including the Power Generator, where we only control characters with Blasters, unfortunately Leia has no special abilities in this stage), in addition to using Luke in the Endor Speeder Bikers stage (unlike the other video, where I played with Leia). I tried my best to show all the characters, just playing in a slightly different order to differentiate from the previous video.
The game was played on Jedi difficulty.
