Look Outside - How To Completely Fail The Ritual To Get The Failure Achievement! Tips In Description
2In order to completely fail the ritual, you will have to give Jasper four incorrect offerings before ending the game. Jasper is found on the ground floor just north of where the bus crashes into the building. When you talk to him, he will ask you for the offerings. I will list the incorrect offerings below:
1) Give Jasper the Painting that DOES NOT have BLUE paint on it. You get the Painting in the Painter's apartment on the first floor. Just grab a painting that has any other color but blue on it.
2) Give Jasper the Guinea Pig in a cage item. This can be found in apartment 37 (3rd floor). It is to the left of the MC's apartment. Make sure to not use this in the Security Room to get the recording of it mutating!
3) Give Jasper blank Photo Paper. You get the Photo Paper from Lyle in apartment 21 (2nd floor). You are SUPPOSE to use the Negative Disc to imprint the image of the Visitor onto the Photo Paper, but don't do that. Just offer the blank Photo Paper.
4) Give Jasper a Manuscript BESIDES the Loose Manuscript. There are two other Manuscripts in the apartment with the Typewrither, which can be reached by using the elevator to go to floor 2. Instead of fighting the Typewrither (it drops the Loose Manuscript), just grab a different Manuscript and leave.
Once you have given Jasper four offerings, he will give you the Key to the rooftop. Head back to the third floor stairwell and use it to unlock the door. Head outside and continue west until you reach the final area where the four Astronomers are. Speak to each one, and they will mutate after you have a conversation with them. Once all four have mutated, walk into the ritual circle to trigger the ending and the achievement will unlock! This is by far the most lackluster ending I have seen (so far).
