In order to get the Open Your Eyes achievement and ending, you must give at least one correct, and one incorrect offering to Jasper. Basically, don't give him all correct offerings, but also don't give him all incorrect offerings. ALSO, DO NOT GIVE HIME THE GUINEA PIG IN A CAGE! This leads to another ending. There ARE 2 achievements associated with this, and my videos for those can be found at:

The CORRECT items to give Jasper are:

1) The Painting with blue paint on it. This is found in Frederic's apartment on the first floor. You must get to the unlit room and check paintings. Some are wet and will leave paint on your fingers when you touch them. Exiting the unlit room to a lit room will allow you to see what color paint is on your fingers. Do this until you have blue paint on your fingers, and then go back into the room and take that painting. You will also need to get the Bag from Frederic to carry it.

2) The VHS Tape with footage of the Guinea Pig mutating. You must get to the Security Room, kill the Panopticon boss in the chair, and the place the Guinea Pig on the chair. Once you do this, start flipping through channels by using the console until the Guinea Pig mutates, and then use the Blank VHS to record it.

3) The Exposed Photo containing a picture of the Negative Disc. You need to get the Void Disc in the apartment to the east of the MC's apartment when it is opened. Enter, turn the lights off, and work your way to the northeast room by going through the northwest door and looping around. Once you get the Void Disc, point the telescope out of the window, and then use the Void Disc on the light on the floor. This makes it turn into the Negative Disc. Now, go to Lyle's apartment on the second floor and talk to him for Photo Paper. Once you have the Photo Paper and the Negative Disc, go the western-most room on the third floor, and enter the door to the east. Interact with the Projector. Face the projector head DOWN, and then use the Negative Disc and Photo Paper on the Projector. Turn it on, and you will get the Exposed Paper. Take the Exposed Paper to Lyle, and he will develop it for you (it will take a day). Alternatively, kill Lyle for the Dark Room Key and develop it yourself (just don't look at it as you are developing it!).

4) The Loose Manuscript can be found in the second floor room once you have unlocked the elevator. Take the elevator to the second floor and enter the door directly east of where you get off. Kill the monster roaming this room (The Typewrither), and it will drop the Loose Manuscript. Now, go into the room to the southeast and use the typewriter to fix the Loose Manuscript.

The INCORRECT items you can give Jasper are:

1) Any painting that doesn't have blue paint on it from Frederic's apartment on the first floor. I saw three other colors (red, green and yellow). Just grab one that doesn't have blue paint on it.

2) Blank Photo Paper. Instead of using the Projector to expose the Photo Paper with the image of the Negative Disc, just give Jasper the blank Photo Paper.

3) There are two other Manuscripts in the room with the Typewrither on the second floor when you use the elevator. One is the Clean Manuscript, and the other is the Crumbled Manuscript.

This gives you four incorrect items. Head to Jasper on the ground floor and talk to him. Give him AT LEAST one correct item as well as AT LEAST one incorrect item. Again, DO NOT GIVE HIM THE GUINEA PIG! For example, you can give him the Loose Manuscript, the incorrect painting, one of the wrong Manuscripts, and the blank Photo Paper for this to work. This is what I offered him, and I got the correct ending and achievement!
