Look Outside - How To Unlock The One Last Game Achievement!
2In order to unlock the One Last Game achievement, you have to play with Benjamin. Benjamin is an NPC found in your neighbor's apartment across the hall from you.
On Day 2, the door to this family's apartment will be open. Head inside, and in the main room you have 2 options: Go straight to the northwest room (the bathroom) and kill Joel after talking with him, OR, go to the southwest room, get the teddy bear, and then use it on Joel in the bathroom during combat. Either way, you will get the doorknob.
After you get the doorknob, leave the bathroom, and head straight across the main room to the door on the east side. In this room, grab the Army Man (Army Guy, Army Figure....whatever) on the table in the southeast corner of the room. Now leave the room the way you came to get back to the main room.
From the main room, head back into the room in the southwest (where the Teddy Bear was/is). Interact with the monster-looking NPC in this room. This is Benjamin.
Sit down next to Benjamin and show him the Army Man, and then when given the opportunity, ask what he is doing, and then ask what he is playing. Now ask if you can play also. After some dialog, choose to attack the tank, and then take the new Army Man from Benjamin. When prompted, use the VILLAIN option (I chose the wrong option, but this still seemed to work for me). Finally, make your own Army Man come to the rescue.
After playing with Benjamin, choose the option to hug him. I am not sure if this is required, or if this just makes it so he gives you the keychain and candy, but you may as well either way. After playing with Benjamin, he will unfortunately pass away, and the achievement will unlock!
