Look Outside - How To Sneak A Peek Of Lyle's True Form To Earn The How Could You Achievement!
65In order to unlock the How Could You achievement, you must agree to kiss Lyle a second time. Lyle is on the second floor in room 21, and the earliest you can get there is on Day 2. You will need to unlock the stairwell with the Padlock Key, and then head down to the second floor. Once on the second floor, head all the way west to find the key to Lyle's apartment.
On your way back, the Grinning Beast will chase you. You can either run from it, or fight it if you are strong enough (there are 2 achievements associated with killing it, and a party member named Leigh that you can get to join). My videos for these can be found at:

Either way, once you have gotten the key, and are done dealing with Grinning Beast, unlock Lyle's apartment (21) and head inside. Once inside, talk to Lyle and mention that you remember him (I don't know if this is a requirement or not, but it works for me), and then offer to trade. Lyle will say that he wants a kiss for some Photo Paper. Agree, and Lyle will ask you to close your eyes before he kisses you. Do so, and Lyle will kiss you and give you the Photo Paper. Now that you have the Photo Paper, you must wait until Day 3 (if it is not Day 3 yet). Pass time however you want if you need to, but on Day 3, leave your apartment and enter the apartment to the right of yours. The door will now be open. Right as you enter, there is a light switch to the right. Use it to turn out the lights, causing a monster to chase you.
Enter the door in the northwest of the room, and follow the path while evading or fighting the enemies. You want to go west two rooms, north once, and then east 4 rooms. You will now be in a room with the Pluto Disc and Void Disc. Grab both. Once you have the Void Disc, interact with the telescope and point it out the window. A light will appear on the ground, so interact with it and use the Void Disc, which will turn it into the Negative Disc. Now leave the apartment.
Once you exit the apartment, head all the way west to the open door and go through it. From the main room, head into the door to the east and kill the monster (if there is one). Interact with the Projector and point the head downwards, place the Photo Paper, use the Negative Disc on it, and then turn it on. The Projector will then imprint the Photo Paper with the Negative Disc. Grab your items from the Projector and leave the apartment.
Head back down to floor 2 and enter Lyle's apartment again. Talk with him and ask about photography. He will notice that you have the Exposed Paper, and will ask to develop it. Agree, and he will say that it will take one day. Leave, and spend the rest of your day doing whatever you want to pass time. When it is night, go home and rest.
On the next day, go back (yet again) to floor 2, and enter Lyle's apartment. Speak with Lyle and he will give you the developed photo. He will then ask for another kiss. AGREE TO IT! Once you have agreed to it, he will give you another kiss, and you will get the chance to take a peek at him. Do so to see his true form, and the achievement will unlock!
