Look Outside - How To Unlock The Just Some Guy Achievement!
7In order to unlock the Just Some Guy achievement, you have to get the Angelic Fred to drop his act. Angelic Fred is one of the Freds on the first floor in the Painter apartment.
Head to the first floor from the stairwell. Once you exit to the floor, head west, take the first path south, and then take the first path west. You will see a door that is missing part of the floor and has a metal grate showing. Head into this door, and you will be in Frederic's apartment (the Painter). Speak with Fred, and he will give you the keys to the place, allowing you to unlock some of the doors.
After speaking with Fred, unlock the door to the east of where he is, and in the next room, head through the door to the north. You will be in an unlit room, making it difficult to see, but after few moments it will brighten up a bit. Head to the west side of the room and go through the door.
In this corridor, head north (past the door on the wall to the west), and go through the door at the end of the corridor. In this room, you will see the Angelic Fred. Interact with this Fred to start a conversation with him.
Angelic Fred will offer you a quest to do for him, but REFUSE the quest. Angelic Fred will then ask if you do not fear him, so when given the chance, TELL HIM THAT HE IS JUST A PAINTING. This will cause Fred to drop the act, offer you money for killing the other Freds, and unlocking the achievement!
