After the last EA Original- It Takes Two- launched to widespread critical acclaim, it became apparent that the studio’s smaller projects were something to keep an eye on. That seems to be the case with their upcoming title Lost In Random, developed by ZOINK studios, the team behind Flipping Death and Stick It To The Man. Lost in Random takes visual inspiration from both Tim Burton and Laika Studios films, and has an interesting combat loop to boot. It seems to be overflowing with enjoyable areas to explore, multiple gameplay systems, and standout characters, and shows signs of being one of the best games of the entire year. While we’ll have to wait and see if it can meet that potential, the wait won’t be long as Lost In Random arrives on September 10th, 2021
