What’s your favorite bun to use?!

I love a good brioche bun, but this was incredible! The Flying Dutchman was fun to make, sure… but this is way better!

All you need is a croissant cut in half, and toasted and then build up your burger as you want! I use smash burgers with American cheese (the best option 😉) and I added bacon because that makes any burger better.

For the sauce, do what floats your boat, my boat is floating in animal style sauce lately… and I have no regrets!
