Have you ever tried Fried Queso Fresco?!

This was a random idea I had a few months back and I finally decided making my entire studio smell like grease was worth it 😂 and I was right!

For the batter, I did a simple seasoned ap flour and egg wash. I’m thinking next time I may try breadcrumbs, but this came out amazing!
