This is Take 2 of my Crispy Cheddar wrapped Jalapeno Popper! I’m still working on perfecting it, it even at this simple level… it’s AMAZING!!

Filling Ingredients:
• 1 block of softened cream cheese
• 2 tbsp bbq seasoning
• 1 green onion, minced
• 1/4 cup diced cooked bacon
• 1/2 cup fresh grated Parmesan

The key is to melt the cheese until it started to get crispy, and I actually wipe off some off the excess grease! It also can help to loosen the cheese before you start wrapping it!

I used sharp cheddar, but mild, medium, or extra sharp work as well!
