When it comes to best bang for your buck, I’ll pick A Hanger Steak every time! It was melt in your mouth tender and the flavor was excellent. It’s not a common find, but I’ve snagged a few off @meatnbone for a solid price in my last order from them! Definitely try it out!
I kept this recipe simple with just Salt and Pepper for the seasoning. Cook on medium high heat for 2-3 mins per side, with the goal of getting it to around 120 internal. I planned on butter basting to finish it off and realized I had left over cowboy butter and that was the perfect finishing touch! When the internal temp hits 127-129 let’s pull it off and let it rest!
