I was quite impressed with Mantic's recent Abyssal Dwarfs.
So much so I went out and got even more!
This is the Warband Booster for the Abyssal Dwarfs. Three new resin models- Charnox the Golem, a Hexcaster bug thing, and an Immortal Guardian who might be cosplaying as Lord Soth. Plus a bunch of extra cards that at first I thought were accidentally tossed in the box, but nope, they're just bonuses included (and I guess you could proxy these models as some of the ones offered, like the lesser golem).
Mantic's resins have really stepped up in terms of quality. Crisp and well fit. No complaints at all.
While I'm in no rush to build up an entire army, I really like how Mantic's started releasing these warbands as a bit of a teaser for the bigger battles and the options they have available to them.
Plus who does'nt like new models, right?
