Batman Part 9 - The Ears Of Arkham
2As Harvey Dent recovers in the hospital after the incident during the debate, Bruce Wayne decides to pay him a visit. Something is different about Harvey, other than the obvious change. Harvey is over run by the debate incident, and is mentally scared by it. Bruce notices a large light in the sky above the GCPD, ironically in the shape of a bat and Bruce leaves to investigate the light. Jim Gordon informs Batman that the Children of Arkham are wreking havoc all over Gotham, but there are not enough police to patrol everywhere. Officer Renee Montoya went rogue and has gone after the Children of Arkham's chemical deal alone, Harvey Dent has also disappeared from the hospital and is being followed by the Children of Arkham. Batman heads to Arkham Island to back up Officer Montoya, while Gordon sends more police to assist Harvey Dent. Batman arrives and quickly dispatches the chemical deal, for some reason the Children of Arkham knew that Batman was coming. Batman arrives to Harvey's location to find that Harvey killed a member of the Children of Arkham with his bare hands. To make madders worse the Children of Arkham have hacked into the GCPD's radio frequency , meaning they know what the GCPD is going to do ahead of time. Batman heads out to discover how the Children of Arkham were able to do this, and what he can do to stop it.
