The next eight levels of MazezaM. The difficulty continues to increase, though levels can still be solved through a combination of logical analysis and theme-spotting. Perhaps the most important theme in harder MazezaM levels is that of getting "outside" a row, or at least to a position where one row can be pushed without affecting a neighbouring row, so as to alter the rows' relative positions. This theme, first seen in Levels 15 (Opening Gambit) and 17 (Duck Commander) in the previous video, returns here in Levels 26 (Great Things) and 31 (Clear The Way), which can, indeed, be seen as more complex versions of those two levels.

Level 25 (Up, Up and Away) uses what I have called the "Go West" theme as a red herring: it is tempting to look for a way to get the bottom magenta block all the way left, and this is in fact possible, but it requires a fairly complex mechanism when the level can be solved more simply without it.

Levels 27 (Two Front Doors) and 28 (Through & Through) show the experimentation with different types of layout characteristic of the later levels. The "blocked corridor" type seen in Level 28 will make a triumphant return in The Wumpus Room towards the end of the game.

Levels 29 (Just Enough) and 30 (Secret Staircase) show another theme that will recur in several of the harder levels: a difficult-to-move row must, paradoxically, be pushed right in order to create a position where it's possible to move it all the way left. Level 29 in particular is very tricky because the magenta row must be pushed right at the correct moment, and it's easy to get stuck manipulating the upper rows in a hypnotic rhythm and overlooking the rather subtle escape route.
