704A playthrough of Capcom's 1997 mascot-themed kart racing game for the Sony PlayStation, Mega Man Battle & Chase.
This is a PAL exclusive on the PS1 - if Wikipedia can be believed, Sony refused its release because there were already too many games like it out. It's too bad, it's a pretty great game. The 3D looks miles better than it did in the Mega Man truck-driving simulation (Mega Man Legends), the soundtrack is great, and it does a fair Mario Kart impersonation. It certainly doesn't match the king, but it's a good bit of fun. If you don't want to go looking for a PAL-only game from the 90s, you can get a convenient NTSC version as an unlockable on the X Collection.
