Seriously, the only noteworthy thing about this stage is its last boss, Rangda Bangda...

Dragon's Wrath (Leg Part - Cost: 08): You wanna know why I use this flamethrower here? Because I need a leg part that can tear through those walls in the first segment within seconds. Yeah, really. The knuckle and laser weapons would take way too much time to get through them, and since I haven't used this particular type...There isn't much to say; good range, has a downward arc when fired in the air and an upward arc when fired on the ground, and anything else applies to almost every other flamethrower.

Sigma Palace 2 is a huge letdown difficulty-wise. After a first stage that's more difficult than most of the maverick stages, this one here reeks of filler. Just look at how often you have to fire in the first segment...And while you have to destroy some more stuff later on, non of it is difficult at any point. The boss lineup also isn't very challenging: Armored Armadillo has a bit more freedom due to my alternate weapon setup but is still easy, Storm Eagle gets toasted within seconds because why would I bother to prolong this BS, and Spark Mandrill can be considered the "highlight" here.

Rangda Bangda, however, is again a fresh, different, and more difficult boss. It has three parts: two eyes and that nose (?) machine in the middle. Despite there being only one energy bar, each of the parts make up one third of the total energy. Once there's only one part left, the walls of the room will permanently close in and limit your space to evade stuff.

The eyes are pretty much the worst thing here. Depending on which color they take, they can perform different moves. When blue, both of them will go after your last position at the start of the attack, with the one closer to you going for more than one charge. This attack is perfect since you can hit both on their first charge and do some more damage to one of them while it continues to attack (you can even destroy it). Green eyes means annoyance, as it's very hard to get a hit in while evading the shots (there can be a volley or just a single one, but you can't tell beforehand). Red is arguably the worst since (at least I think) it has an undodgeable pattern for Vile (X probably can escape with a dash). Even if you manage to evade it, you will hardly have the time to attack it, so it's basically a free attack for the boss. The nose thing isn't worth mentioning; as the walls close in, it bounces off the walls in a predictable pattern, and you can destroy it pretty easily.

Ok, this stage was way too easy, but the next one makes up for everything that was ever too easy in the entire run.
