Part 2 of this playthrough once again ended at an impasse, as I unwittingly chose perhaps the most formidable new area that unlocked with the eastern half of the United States. So I adopted the same strategy that happened to work last time... do everything else first and procrastinate as long as possible on dealing with it again.

This time, eventually surmounting the obstacle wasn't so much a matter of better weaponry as it was more deliberate strategy, going well out of my way in the interest of self-preservation.

With the eastern half of the US liberated, it's looking like we may be getting close to the endgame... just how much more does Metal Wolf Chaos have in store?
