Did a run with updated strats, couldn't get lower than this so I called it a day. Messy run though.
Time Loss
1. No poison proc by cat. I usually bind Meowlotov to down on the radial menu but I forgot to do it before this run, you see the radial menu pop up early as I try to call for it. Meowlotov should instantly poison if it lands properly.
2. 2 missed backstep inputs. Pretty obvious, the random shield bashes.
3. Bad flinch. It's right at the end before the 2nd missed backstep input.
4. Rocksteady over Evasion. I legitimately don't know if Evasion is worth it as you only get 1 guaranteed proc off the first roar. The 2nd roar for enrage never happens since you get a stagger if your first two backhops connect on the face. In theory it should still be faster but it's way more random.

The flash pod the tunnel strat is like a month old, but this was the fastest run I'm aware of. I more or less copied the setup. Uses a slightly suboptimal gear setup though.

Best evasion mantle run I'm aware of. Fairly old so it doesn't use the updated strategies.
Random Gimmicky Idea
If you wedge yourself in the corner, the low roof actually makes your backhops faster as you spend less time falling down (since the roof holds you down). In theory you could rapid fire falling shield bash using that low ceiling but it's super random and hard to control.
Set Considerations
Might be worth going for a Peak Performance Charm and running 2 Agitator 2 Peak Performance or 1 Agitator 3 Peak Performance. There's no set that lets you get 5 Agitator 6 Attack and 5 Agitator 5 Attack is lower damage.
