My second reaction - Time to make a pointless video!
I don't really get this buff in isolation, there are only 2 likely outcomes from this buff.
1. Nothing changes so optimal play is unga bunga backhop
2. Roundslash is now optimal so now TAs do the world's slowest spin2win
It's just kind of weird, I would much rather they do an universal increase of MVs instead of only making the slowest moves in the SnS moveset stronger.
