First up, we have John Smith Legacy. This is an old school texture pack that has been around for decades. It features a medieval style that is very command and familiar in Minecraft texture packs making the staple medieval resource pack.
Next up, let’s look at Bare Bones. This Minecraft texture pack makes Minecraft look kind of like a toy. Smoothing everything out and completely changing the look. In a way, Bare Bones gives Minecraft a plastic/cartoon feel that I’ve never seen from another pack.
Faithful 32x and 64x remains, as these name implies, faithful to the original Minecraft textures while increasing the resolution, improving and simplifying textures, and keeping the vanilla Minecraft look.
Ashen 16x is another medieval resource pack that is bright and fun while still having the medieval feel that fits Minecraft so well.
Sphax PureBD Craft is another cartoon style resource pack for 1.21.8 that’s goal is to make Minecraft look like a comic book. It does this by change all textures and improving/redoing them with the comic book look and feel in mind.
Default HD 128x takes the default Minecraft textures, increases their resolution to 128x and adds some 3D elements as well.
