Moon Presence S25 The Finale of Let's Play Bloodborne
4The secret final boss of Bloodborne, the Moon Presence is actually a very easy fight compared to Gehrman before it. Moon Presence is certainly not the final boss pushover known as King Allant was in Demon Souls, it can very easily kill you if not careful.
The most intimidating attack it has is a flash of red light that drains you down to 1 hp, luckily it has a very long recovery time so you can rally a lot of health back easily. You can pop blood vials but there's really no sense to it, may as well do damage and heal at the same time.
Another good way to completely dodge the big nuke is simply be behind it, it's not really an aoe, it's more of a cone in front of the boss. This makes gives you even more free swings at the boss.
The dangerous part of the fight is if you get hit by the blood that it summons above you. Upon getting hit you have around 20 seconds of no blood vial healing. You can still rally to the best of my knowledge but no healing items.
If you go completely nuts with damage you can even stagger it and visceral for a big chunk of health. All in all, not really a difficult final boss fight. Think it was more for story purposes than anything, akin to the Celestial Emmisary.
