On NA Wii, the blood trail leads you to Letz Shake's level, with the body of a woman at the end being the source of the blood. However, on the censored JP/PAL Wii, the blood trail is non-existent. While the level entrance does appear on the map, this means there's no diegetic explanation for how Travis is supposed to know where to go. Similarly, the dead woman is still there, for absolutely no reason.
This gap in logic was caught for JP HP (PS3). While this version is also censored, the trail is present, but it's black, looking kind of like oil. Humorously, it makes it look like the woman leaked oil instead of blood. INTL HP has the red blood again, and the trail on Switch/PC looks just like it does on Wii.
There are few incidental differences to note. They removed the fences in the desert for all versions of HP, presumably to make it a little easier to drive around. Of the many changes from JP HP to INTL HP, they tweaked the art style a bit, and INTL HP looks more vibrant. The default bike location outside the motel is strangely in a different location on JP HP. The INTL HP footage also shows the red bike decal, not available in any other versions.
There is a 360 version of the original JP HP, but while I do own a copy, I have no way to play/record it, so I omitted it entirely. That version is uncensored, so it looks similar to JP HP on PS3 except with red blood.
