Here's another bit of one-on-one goodness. I've got some more free-for-alls after this. These matches have me using Snake and Pichu, characters I've never really used all that much before this game, honestly and uh...anyone out there who mains either of these characters, I am so sorry you have to see my sorry displays.

Match 1: Paper Mario (Battlefield)
Snake (me) vs. Inkling (Wolfheir)

Inkling is considered one of the best characters in the game, and uh...this guy seemed to know how to use him! I'm floundering about with Snake here, but I'm proud of that surprise KO with my Up Smash. This guy was gone after he got his one win, so no follow ups here.

Match 2: Tortimer Island (Battlefield)
Snake (me) vs. Jigglypuff (Larry)

Well here's a puffball who was willing to stick around a bit. Snake is such a tricky character, but thankfully it only takes a few explosions to KO someone as light as Jigglypuff so it worked out. Nikita is really fun to use, honestly...and it's very oppressive! Shame I let that Rest go unpunished...

Match 3: Gamer (Battlefield)
Snake (me) vs. Jigglypuff (Larry)

Our only other match, it seems Larry didn't want to do best of three. I find this match really weird since...the "music" track, Gamer, means there's NO music. It's just so unsettling! I feel like that was majorly affecting my state of mind here...at least I got a meteor smash with Snake's forward air. Felt good man.

Match 4: Lumiose City (Battlefield)
Pichu (me) vs. R.O.B. (Opie)

I still can't believe they turned a character like Pichu into something viable...and really fun to play! And yet I don't find myself liking Pikachu as much for some reason... Opie here...just didn't seem to know that R.O.B.'s boosters don't just go straight up...so I could VERY easily edge-guard him here. Poor guy...

Match 5: Golden Plains (Omega)
Pichu (me) vs. R.O.B. (Opie)

Man...that first stock was WAY too easy. You gotta learn, Opie! I would have felt really bad for Opie if I had three-stocked him with Pichu, but he actually almost turned it around. I feel like Pichu being so short screws up R.O.B.'s side special a bit, as I drop out of it pretty easy. He never really uses his laser or Gyro at all either...I can't say I'm all that good with the robot either, but hey...maybe that'll be a future video.

And that'll do. Even more Ultimate awaits, but uh...eventually I might try doing OTHER videos that aren't this game. Someday. Maybe.
