Okay, so back when I covered the Nintendo Puzzle Collection's version of Panel de Pon, I wasn't really satisfied with how I had to cut out the repeated story bits and basically threw together all the battles in a row until I got back to where I was when the previous difficulty's story left off. I mean, it IS still there in the previous videos, but it still somehow didn't feel right.

That said, there's actually very little content between matches in this game, because typically Lip just runs to the next stage, the opponent is introduced, and then the fighting ensues. Even cutting that out, you really won't get much back in the way of time after all...although the bad guys do get a bit talkative near the end.

At any rate, I'm very pleased to be able to say that I've been able to keep everything intact in just two video uploads this time around...just barely. Both of them definitely skirt the upload time limit of 10:59 to the point where I can't believe that not only did things wrap up so neatly, but that I was even able to get a great stopping point in the halfway between saving all of Lip's friends and taking on the enemies in their stronghold of Death Mountain. (Ha, no wonder Yoshi's version changed that to Mt. Wickedness...the Hylians are going to be all up at arms over this one)

The other important thing that I want to point out about this set of uploads is that I managed to track down a couple of problems with my capture process on the Easy videos, so now the audio stream should be that much cleaner and you can actually hear the full battle cries and certain songs won't sound messed up like they did before.
