So basically Lip's story is the same as Yoshi's in Tetris Attack...but y'know, with fairies instead of Yoshi's Island characters. I guess fairies would be a bit of a tough sale in the West, considering all the he-man machismo of the gaming world... ... ...no, I didn't think so, I don't get it either. Oh well.

I for one think the fairies are awesome and the enemies are...well, they're actually less threatening in a lot of ways than the established boss characters from Yoshi's Island...which actually makes you wonder even more about the fact that Yoshi's "friends" are also largely threatening enemies from the game they're all drawn from...the whole cast is pretty intimidating (or at least really, really annoying to have to deal with) outside the Panel de Pon field.

I didn't mean to use Sherbet twice, but my finger slipped and I hit Start before I moved the cursor to somebody else. Oh well, there was going to have to be a repeat somewhere along the line--2 on Easy, 3 on Normal, and 4 on Hard means nine player selects...so Sherbet just took up Lip's turn is all. Not as though Lip doesn't already get EIGHT turns in a row. Sheesh, how selfish.

I think it's funny that if you leave the screen alone too long, Lip will urge you to reset the game so that you can try a harder difficulty setting. Yoshi does this as well in Tetris Attack if you finish on the Easy setting, I believe.
