Panzer Dragoon Demo - Sega Saturn - Attract mode, Intro & Playthrough [UHD 4K]
9A full look at the PAL demo of Panzer Dragoon which was a mail away offer for people who bought the Saturn around the launch period. Based on the same demo also given out in North America, it includes most of level 2, bar the boss fight as the demo fades to black just when it starts and the music doesn't play. It features the attract intro from the final game and attract gameplay sections from stages 1,2 & 3. The section from stage 3 wasn't in the Japanese version of the finished game and instead was a section from stage 5.
This version of the demo is optimised for the PAL SEGA Saturn, but it's far from great, the intros themselves have distortion and uneven edges as a result and it’s easy to see when compared against the NTSC versions. We have edited out the repeats of the title screen menu & intro during the attract mode to shorten the video length.

Footage is captured directly from original hardware in this case a PAL Sega Saturn console at 50Hz, via RGB Scart captured via Elgato Game Capture HD60 Pro using a open source scan converter (OSSC). Upscaled to 4K to improve the video bit rate.
