Paperboy on the Sinclair ZX Spectrum. A Classic from 1986, ported from the 1984 arcade game of the same name. Paperboy has you delivering papers down an isometric perspective street, looking out for small children on tricycles, cars, odd pneumatic drill types and the odd rabid animal. Deliver papers to the light houses, avoid the dark houses, and the corruption at the end of level. Easy, simple. It's just like being 14 again.
