Point of No Return - Rewind Project Episode 3
42In this episode, Dan caught up Nic to see what they are up to with the Rewind Project for the next part of the rebuild for this beloved Panel Van and also got a sneak peak of the new front clip gone on. Let's check it out.
In this Video, it's the Point of No Return. Nic and Neil are going to brace up the front chassis so they can cut out the cross member, wishbone and the old part of the Holden Suspension requirements of the chassis. All this to make way for a XJS Jaguar front suspension packages. Once they have cleaned up the front of the chassis and boxed it in the new Jag front that will have airbag suspension and power steering for a nice smooth ride.
Nic is going full custom on this van which is exciting to see how it all going to turn out at the end. Back to the 70's & 80's where customisation was king. They are also going to get rid of the HZ firewall and graft on a new VF firewall that will include a VF Dash , Console and interior parts.
Yes know these images in the video may offend some people, but everyone has different ideas of how their Panel Van should look and come together.
