Front End Jag Placement - Rewind Project Episode 4
Okay, let check up on the Rewind Project and see what they are up now.
So they are getting the Jag front end measured and cut it to meet the chassis of the vehicle. So they have cut and measure each step to ensure the height, placement and alignment of the vehicle is correct in all areas.
The Chassis will be box in so it will look like it came off the factory floor back in the day, however, there are a lot more stages before this occurs. Neil from Voodoo Trikes and Customs must ensure each step is precise and then all workings are check at each stage by the engineer before moving on to the next one. One incorrect measurement could throw the whole chassis out.
Neil has been doing these customs designs for a very long time and knows what he is doing but the rest are taking his lead.
So they have tacked it in and now the have to make templates for the boxing in the required areas for the jag front, then come the placement of the engine, cutting out the firewall and adding the VF firewall, plus ensuring the VF dash fits in the correct location as well. The jag front is equip with 8 pistons calibers for performance braking and will also have coil over shocks for a smooth ride.
There is a lot of custom for the Panel Van to be finished and that includes a custom tilt front end that will stun people once its finished. Slowly but surely this project will get done.
So stay tuned to see what they are doing next in the custom Rewind Project. Thanks for watching and we will see you soon.
