We check out the Pelipper Post Office to find out that Medicham is at the 20th floor of a dungeon called Wish Cave, and this dungeon is known for being very tough, it will reset your level to 5, so this makes it one tough challenge. There are some Pokémon that can help out in Level 5 dungeons with their good starting moves.

As for the rest of the description, I recommend watching the full video before reading past this point of the description

We learn that Ekans is at the Bulletin Board by the Pelipper Post Office, and we get a request from Medicham, who is at the 20th floor of Wish Cave, and that we have to rescue her.
Wish Cave is a 99 floor dungeon that resets your level to 5, but we have to get to floor 20 in order to proceed, some good Pokémon to bring along to Wish Cave are some Pokémon that learn a wide variety of moves at Level 1, so Heracross is a good option if you have one with Rapid Bulls-Eye and if it gets Arm Thrust and Bullet Seed right when you start this dungeon, Charizard does get Heat Wave as one of its possible starting moves, which is good for clearing out rooms, Venomoth can get Silver Wind and Agility, so those are some good options to bring along with you to Wish Cave.
Since you will only be going through 20 floors, I will only be going through the Pokémon you can encounter from floor 1 to 19, you can find Cleffa, Mime Jr., Jigglypuff, Magnemite, Rattata, Ekans, Togepi, Aron, Voltorb, Abra, Ralts, Meditite, Baltoy, Geodude, Natu, Beldum, Castform, Machop, and Swinub. The first few floors have easy opponents, but they do get a bit more challenging later on, so it would be good to try and recruit some Pokémon in Wish Cave, but they do get very weak when you go further into the dungeon.
Medicham will be at floor 20, and when you rescue her, she will give you a Wish Box, where if you go to the deepest floors of Wish Cave, you can have your wish granted, and there is a boss at the end of Wish Cave, so if you feel like going through 99 floors, you do come across some tough opponents.
For future visits of Wish Cave, I will include a list of all the Pokémon you can encounter in this dungeon:
