Like what I did in Round 1, I will be doing both Cianwood Gym and Olivine Gym in one video, this is because for Cianwood Gym, you fight Chuck and one other Trainer, and for Olivine Gym, Jasmine is the only opponent that you fight. Chuck uses some powerful Fighting-types, and Jasmine uses the defensive Steel-type, but they do have Pokémon of different types, so I pick my options to see how they do against them.
I will list each Trainers, and the nicknames of the Pokémon, with the species name of the Pokémon in brackets, as well as their held item.
Battle 1: Blackbelt Nick
Choke (Machoke): Fissure, Rock Slide, Rest, Sleep Talk (Mint Berry)
Gravel (Graveler): Fissure, Rock Slide, Rest, Sleep Talk (Hard Stone)
Gler (Kingler): Guillotine, Crabhammer, Rest, Sleep Talk (MysteryBerry)
Bok (Arbok): Fissure, Rock Slide, Rest, Sleep Talk (PRZCureBerry)
Gonair (Dragonair): Horn Drill, DragonBreath, Rest, Sleep Talk (Dragon Scale)
Sir (Pinsir): Guillotine, Fury Cutter, Rest, Sleep Talk (Bitter Berry)

Battle 2: Gym Leader Chuck
Poliwrath: DynamicPunch, Belly Drum, Rest, Sleep Talk (Mint Berry)
Sandslash: DynamicPunch, Earthquake, Rock Slide, Metal Claw (Scope Lens)
Ursaring: DynamicPunch, Slash, Earthquake, Crunch (Quick Claw)
Ampharos: DynamicPunch, Thunderbolt, Fire Punch, Light Screen (BrightPowder)
Hitmonchan: DynamicPunch, Mega Punch, Mach Punch, Pursuit (King's Rock)
Hypno: DynamicPunch, Psychic, Shadow Ball, Light Screen (PRZCureBerry)

Olivine Gym: Gym Leader Jasmine
Steelix: Iron Tail, Earthquake, Rock Slide, Return (Quick Claw)
Stantler: Psychic, Earthquake, Light Screen, Roar (PRZCureBerry)
Blastoise: Surf, Earthquake, Ice Beam, Mirror Coat (MiracleBerry)
Slowbro: Surf, Psychic, Earthquake, Ice Beam (BrightPowder)
Rapidash: Flamethrower, Double Kick, Stomp, Iron Tail (King's Rock)
Scizor: Metal Claw, Reversal, Wing Attack, Slash (Focus Band)

Starting off Cianwood Gym, Blackbelt Nick now makes use of Rest and Sleep Talk, and all of his Pokémon can use 1-Hit KO Moves like Horn Drill and Fissure, making him a harder foe to take on, and you might see that his Dragonair has a Dragon Scale, back then the Dragon Scale increased the power of Dragon-type moves by 10%, much like the Dragon Fang does, which meant there were two items that powered up Dragon-type moves. As with Gym Leader Chuck, he does use that Poliwrath which does have the Rest and Sleep Talk set, but it can maximize its Attack with Belly Drum, and all of his Pokémon know DynamicPunch, Poliwrath cannot do anything against Ghost-type Pokémon, but chances are that he will likely switch Poliwrath out if against a Ghost-type. He has some powerful teammates like Sandslash with the Scope Lens for critical hits, Ursaring has Crunch to handle Ghost-types, Ampharos has Thunderbolt and is there to counter Flying-types, Hitmonchan has the King's Rock to get in some flinch chances, and it knows Pursuit which deals double damage to a Pokémon when they are switching out on that turn, and he has Hypno to deal with opposing Fighting-type Pokémon, both Hypno and Ampharos can set up Light Screen.
Next up is Olivine Gym, Jasmine is the only opponent, and she does use Steelix, and this time it has a Quick Claw, which does benefit Steelix, which is normally a very slow Pokémon, and it comes with some powerful moves like Earthquake and Iron Tail. She does have two Water-types, Blastoise and Slowbro which counter the Fire-types you might use against her, and Blastoise has Mirror Coat to send back any special moves you use against it, while Slowbro has Earthquake to counter Electric-types. Stantler has Psychic to take on Fighting-types, and it can set up Light Screen. Rapidash has a King's Rock to flinch opponents, and it knows Flamethrower, which is a move that was never a TM in Gen 1 and was included through the Move Tutor in Crystal, and Scizor is a tough opponent, while I would normally go over that you would need a Fire-type for Scizor, she can switch in her Water-types to take on any Fire-types you try to use to take advantage of Scizor's 4x weakness to Fire, and it does have the Focus Band which pairs well with Reversal, these Gym Leaders do add more type variety to their teams to give them ways to counter Pokémon that you would try to use to take advntage of the types they use.
