Here are the team of Pokémon in this video, which was decided by the random number generator.
P1 Team: Butterfree, Magikarp, Gyarados, Weedle, Seel, Pinsir
CPU Team: Articuno, Charmander, Farfetch'd, Graveler, Koffing, Exeggcute

Then, I will list the moves for each Pokémon in battle, starting with my team.
Butterfree: Psychic, Supersonic, Mega Drain, Stun Spore
Magikarp: Splash, Tackle
Gyarados: Surf, Dragon Rage, Bite, Fire Blast
Weedle: String Shot, Poison Sting
Seel: Ice Beam, Body Slam, Horn Drill, Surf
Pinsir: Strength, Harden, Seismic Toss, Guillotine

The CPU's team of Pokémon and moves.
Articuno: Ice Beam, Sky Attack, Razor Wind, Substitute
Charmander: Flamethrower, Slash, Dig, Fire Spin
Farfetch'd: Slash, Sand-Attack, Toxic, Fly
Graveler: Earthquake, Seismic Toss, Strength, Selfdestruct
Koffing: Sludge, Toxic, Thunderbolt, Explosion
Exeggcute: Psychic, Explosion, Leech Seed, Toxic

I got two of the weakest Pokémon on the team, and the CPU team has Articuno, and the team I got doesn't have the best match-up against it, well I have Gyarados with Fire Blast, and Seel does resist Ice Beam, but it will have to watch out for the two turn moves of Sky Attack and Razor Wind. There are some teams where I don't have the best chance of winning a battle, but I like to try and see if I can by making use of luck with some moves, like attempting to get paralysis with Body Slam, and allowing my other Pokémon to try and do their best in the battle, and there is even trying to make moves like Horn Drill or Guillotine connect against slower targets or after paralyzing the opponent after using Body Slam.
The CPU got three Pokémon that can blow up and deal some huge damage that way, and both Charmander and Farfetch'd give the Bug-type Pokémon that I got a disadvantage, not that a Magikarp would ever see success in battle if Tackle, the only damaging move it can use, deal some low damage.
This battle is where I make use of switching to try and save a Pokémon that has a good match-up for later, where Gyarados does come to use against some of my opponent's Pokémon, and switching into something that can either take the hit, or I don't need that Pokémon for the battle, switch them in to have them taken out so that I can send in the other Pokémon without them taking damage when switching in.
