Alear and the others make it to Azure Coast, and they find some Elusian ships which are heading to Firene. The Elusian forces learn that two of Hortensia's retainers have taken an Emblem Ring from them, the Ring of the Azure Twins, and after awakening Eirika from that ring, they take on Marni and Mauvier of the Four Hounds.

As for the rest of the description, I recommend watching the full video before reading past this point of the description

Here is Chapter 16, and this takes place at Azure Coast. The tide does change every two turns, and that can affect unit's movement and avoid, making Flying units good for this map. We also receive two new allies, and a new Emblem Ring, I will start by going over Hortensia's retainers. Rosado is a Wyvern Knight that can use axes and lances, he has a Steel Greataxe, Silver Axe, and a Spear, Stunning Smile is his Personal Skill, it reduces a male foe's Avoid by 20 during combat. He comes equipped with the Ring of the Azure Twins, which was taken by the Elusian forces, allowing him to use Eirika's abilities, Eirika is from Fire Emblem: The Sacred Stones, and is one of the two lords from that game. For her abilities, Night and Day allows you to switch between her and Ephraim, her brother, when Eirika is the active Emblem, Lunar Brace deals extra damage by 20% of the foe's Defense when using a weapon, and as this map introduces Corrupted Wyrms, you can have Rosado engage to deal some good damage to them, as Corrupted Wyrms can deal a lot of damage and have a lot of range. When Ephraim is the active Emblem, Solar Brace recovers 30% of damage dealt when unit initiates combat, but when engaged, Eclipse Brace combines both of them, where unit deals 20% of the foe's Defense through extra damage and can restore 30% of damage dealt, the engage attack is Twin Strike, where the unit uses a sword attack and Ephraim uses a lance attack against the foe, and it deals bonus damage against Corrupted foes.
We also get Goldmary as well, she is a Hero, which uses swords and lances, she comes with a Steel Blade, Steel Sword, and Spear, her Disarming Sigh reduces the hit rate of male foes by 20, she has good Defense and Strength to make use of.
There is a house on the northern side of the map, which can be tricky to get to, you might want to use a staff like Freeze to try and prevent the Ruffian from getting there, or use Astra Storm which whichever unit you have Lyn equipped to in order to take him down. Visiting the house gives you Recover, a staff which heals more HP than Heal or Mend do.
Not only do you have the tide changing every two turns, but there are reinforcements to watch out for, the Corrupted Wyrms use Fire Breath, this uses Magic to deal damage and it negates Defense and Resistance, and it has a range of up to 3, while Fireball has a range of 4, they are really tough to take down, but as we have Eirika now, you can have Rosado go for Twin Strike against them to deal some heavy damage, and then have your other units take them down.
Then for the bosses of this map, starting with Marni, she has a Hurricane Axe and a Steel Greataxe, making her always attack last, she is the easier one out of the two. She has good Defense, but low Res, making magic attacks best against her, and both bosses do have dialogue against Hortensia's retainers if you have them fight the bosses. Marni does have a Master Seal when defeated, and if you fight her, this does trigger Mauvier and the Martial Master.
Mauvier has a Flame Lance and a Steel Greatlance, he comes with the Silence staff, which prevents foes from using magic attacks, and his stats are well rounded as he is a Royal Knight. Out of the two, Mauvier is more trickier to take down, the best way is to use chain attacks, and as Rosado is a Wyvern Knight, his axe attacks can inflict break onto Mauvier, and his personal skill can reduce Avoid by 20 when he initiates combat, same for Goldmary, but for hit rate, and he does drop a Spirit Dust when defeated, this permanently boosts a unit's Magic stat by 2.
With them taken down, the chapter is done, and I will try to explain about Eirika, if I can get in enough description space that is. The Rapier is her weapon, this deals bonus damage against Cavalry and Armored units, Lance Agility boosts Avoid at the cost of Crit rate, Gentility has unit take 3 less damage, while Ephraim has Bravery, which has unit deal 3 more damage, and Blue Skies has both Gentility and Bravery in effect, it is an Engage skill, and there is Dodge +15 at Bond Level 4. Not many unit types have different effects for Twin Strike, Dragon units deal 20% more damage, and for Cavalry units, Ephraim's lance attack deals 50% more damage, this Emblem Ring is all about getting in some damage against even the most defensive foes, and for some reason, Magic, Dexterity, and Luck are the stat boosts from the Emblem Ring.
