Alear and the others have rescued Seadall from the Corrupted, and have awakened Corrin from the Emblem Ring, and their next destination is Firene, but there is Azure Coast to get through. We then see what has happened with Veyle following the encounter which doesn't go well for her because Alear and the others don't even trust her, and believe she is setting up some trap for them.

As for the rest of the description, I recommend watching the full video before reading past this point of the description

We leave Northern Fortress, and Veyle flees from there following her encounter with Alear and the others, where she is accussed of stealing rings and killing people, and then Griss shows up, and at least he knows this is the "other" Veyle, not the evil one, and they head to Firene, not sure what they are planning there.
A new thing is unlocked, Seadall is a fortune teller, and his services are only opening at night, and the unit picks draws a card, and this does not have an effect on your units or their abilities.
Going over Seadall as a unit, Special Dance is the class skill for Dancer, this boosts Dexterity, Speed, and Luck by 3 to the target for 1 turn, and for some skills to pick up, Quality Time from Corrin increases support with adjacent allies if Seadall waits or acts on that turn, and it restores HP to them, you can pick up Dual Assist from Lucina if you want him to take part in chain attacks, or Dual Support to give allies a bonus to Avoid based on the unit's support level with allies, and Seadall is a unit that can unlock support conversations quicker than most other units.
Next to go over is Corrin, her Emblem Ring boosts HP, Magic, and Resistance, which does make her Emblem Ring best for magic users, but her main use is Dragon Vein, which creates a special effect based on the unit she is equipped to, and while Dragon units can make use of her by creating any kind of effect, when on a Covert unit, the unit creates a fog that increases Avoid, and this works well with a unit like Yunaka who has a Personal Ability which increases her critical hit rate if in terrain that provides an Avoid bonus.
For skills, Quality Time restores 5 HP to allies adjacent to the unit and increases support with them, this can be good to give to Alear, which can support with every unit, and Sword Focus increases hit rate at the cost of dodge, which can be good on Diamant if you are using him. Draconic Hex decreases all of foe's basic stats by 4 if unit initiates combat, and this can be good for some units, the effect decreases by 1 each turn. Wakizashi at Bond Level 10 are throwing swords which can only strike at range, but not close, Emblem Corrin is about supporting allies, and her Dragon Vein can either help allies or affect foes depending on the effect, making her a good unit for any unit, Dragon units can get the best use out of her.
As there wasn't much to go over with Corrin, as I did explain about each Dragon Vein effect in the previous part's description, which doesn't compare to Byleth where he had many different effects based the unit he is equipped to. Corrin has Sword Prof. at Bond Level 6, but almost every other Emblem has that, the main skills from her are Draconic Hex and Quality Time.
I will list which units Seadall can support with aside from Alear, and here is a list of them.
Chloé, Amber, Alcryst, Citrinne, Kagetsu, Timerra, Pandreo, Yunaka
