The next Pokémon on the randomized list is Sneasel, and at least I am doing a Pokémon that is really good in terms of stats, as Sneasel's best stats are Attack and Speed.
As usual, I try to breed for Pokémon with up to 4-5 perfect IVs (Individual Values), and these Sneasel have a Jolly Nature, as Sneasel is all about making use of that high Speed and striking first with that Attack stat. I also go for Egg Moves, these Sneasel have Icicle Crash, Fake Out, Ice Shard, and Counter, other Egg Moves Sneasel can get include Feint, Double Hit, Spite, and Bite. Icicle Crash is a must have move on Sneasel and its evolved form Weavile, specially in online battles.
I will list which parents in the Field Egg Group can learn those Egg Moves by level up:
Bite: Meowth, A-Meowth, Persian, A-Persian, Growlithe, Arcanine, Eevee, Vaporeon, Jolteon, Flareon, Espeon, Umbreon, Mawile, Electrike, Manectric, Stunky, Skuntank, Hippopotas, Hippowdon, Leafeon, Glaceon, Darumaka, G-Darumaka, Darmanitan, G-Darmanitan, Sylveon, Litten, Torracat, Incineroar, Skwovet, Greedent, Yamper, Boltund, Morpeko
Counter: G-Zigzagoon, G-Linoone, Lucario, Mudbray, Mudsdale, Scorbunny, Raboot, Cinderace, Skwovet, Greedent, Obstagoon
Double Hit: Mamoswine, Thwackey, Rillaboom
Fake Out: Meowth, A-Meowth, G-Meowth, Persian, A-Persian, Nuzleaf, Shiftry, Purrloin, Liepard, Espurr, Meowstic, Perrserker
Feint: Pikachu, Raichu, A-Raichu, Meowth, A-Meowth, Persian, A-Persian, Stunky, Skuntank, Lucario, Cinderace
Ice Shard: A-Vulpix, A-Ninetales, Swinub, Piloswine, Weavile, Glaceon, Mamoswine
Icicle Crash: G-Darmanitan, Beartic
Spite: Vulpix, A-Vulpix, Ninetales, A-Ninetales

For the Ability, Sneasel can have either Keen Eye or Inner Focus, and its Hidden Ability is Pickpocket, but it's not worth having, as Pickpocket allows Sneasel to steal the target's held item if it is hit by a move that makes contact, and Sneasel must not be holding an item. Despite Sneasel having two Abilities, its evolved form Weavile can only have Pressure for its Ability, so it won't matter if Sneasel has either Keen Eye or Inner Focus, and to evolve Sneasel, it must be holding a Razor Claw and level up at night.
Weavile has a very high Speed stat and great Attack, so it works very well as a Physical attacker, for its level up movepool, it can get Slash, Ice Shard, Hone Claws, Screech, and Night Slash, so Weavile is more reliant on TMs and TRs, and despite having access to Nasty Plot and Dark Pulse, Weavile should never use Special attacks.
For TMs, it can get Ice Punch, Icicle Crash, Thief, Assurance, Brick Break, Psycho Cut, False Swipe, and a few others, and for TRs, it can learn Throat Chop, Swords Dance, Low Kick, Iron Tail, Poison Jab, X-Scissor, and Foul Play, so Weavile learn some nice Physical attacks.
Even if Knock Off is a great move, the only way to get Knock Off on a Weavile is to transfer it from Gen 7, as it cannot learn it in Sword & Shield, so I am seeing people hoping for Knock Off to be a Move Tutor attack in the DLC updates, as Knock Off did make a lot of Dark-types very overpowered, and Weavile is one of few Pokémon that was able to learn that move. The best moveset for a Weavile includes Icicle Crash, Knock Off, Swords Dance, and Low Kick, Throat Chop is an alternative if you want to use a Weavile obtained in Sword & Shield, and Ice Shard is nice for priority, and those are some popular moves on Weavile in Single Battles. For Double Battles, some players have some sort of strategy when using Weavile, it is usually used alongside Coalossal, and with Surf, it can activate Coalossal's Steam Engine Ability and the Weakness Policy, so then Coalossal can sweep its opponents, and most players would Dynamax Coalossal to get the best usage out of it, even if having Surf on Weavile might seem to be a questionable choice, as Weavile is normally a Physical attacker. Poison Jab, Psycho Cut, and Brick Break are good coverage moves, and both Icicle Crash and Throat Chop are the most popular moves for it, and Fake Out sees a lot of use in Double Battles, so Weavile is a Pokémon that can perform very well in both Singles and Doubles as a Physical sweeper, and it can support its teammates with moves like Fake Out, and removing a Pokémon that threatens its teammate. It was a fan favourite back in the Gen 4 days, but it has fallen in usage in the more recent games, possibly due to there being more powerful options in the competitive scene, although Weavile is still one of the few speedy Physical attackers in the game.
