In this part, Opal finally finds a new replacement for her position as Gym Leader, then I go to the east side of Hammerlocke to reach Route 7, where I have another battle vs. Hop (6:00). After the battle, I go battle some more trainers in this route before heading off to Route 8, which is filled with tough trainers. As I make my way through the ruins, I head to the second part of Route 8, Steamdrift Way, and save.
