I head back through Route 2, managing to add a Yamper to my party, then head over to the train station in Wedgehurst. There, Hop gives you TM 40, which contains Swift. We take the train, but end up at the Wild Area station. There, I get an Eevee due to me having a Let’s Go Eevee save file on this Switch. I start up a Let’s Go Pikachu save file so I could obtain Pikachu as well. These Pokémon are unique since they are able to Gigantamax instead of simply Dynamaxing. I finally head to the Wild Area at 13:54. After getting the Pokémon Box Link from Sonia, I manage to catch a Tyrogue (16:29).

After a bit more exploring, I experience my first Raid Battle (19:18), which is conducted with random NPC partners. I take even more time to explore this area before finally entering Motostoke (39:13), which is where the ceremony for the Gym Challenge is being held. I face some Team Yell members (56:06), and then after defeating them and resting up for the next day.
