President William Ruto has escalated his campaign for the finance bill 2023 with few days left before it is tabled for the second reading. The head of state who was in Narok county Sunday called on all members of parliament to approve the now controversial finance bill saying he will also be keen on how the lawmakers will be voting when the bill's debate is concluded.
