Quake beta3's E4M2 has several big differences. The first one can be seen right off the bat; the player simply falls into the glass window room when the level starts instead of being on a slipgate, then falling through a hole in the floor to the glass window room. The Gold Key and the door associated with it are also missing. There's also a missing Quad Damage near the key area.

This map has been played in Hard difficulty in order to show off every enemy spawn that the level has.
