This is Quake III CPMA with binaural audio in ioquake3. ioquake3 is not the official client so you won't find any servers, but it still works well enough for practice or demo playback. v1.48 seemed to make botmatches easier, but I'm not complaining. I haven't played CPMA botmatches in a few years, so I'm a little rusty in the footage.
