This is a demonstration of Quake Mission Pack 2: Dissolution of Eternity with OpenAL Soft HRTF through the FTE source port. Same binaural audio, same missing footsteps as Scourge of Armagon. Honestly, I don't blame you if you skip this video at this point.

Dissolution of Eternity is the exact opposite of Scourge of Armagon. It takes place exclusively in low-tech, cramped corridors with clunky gameplay flow. There's a severe difficulty imbalance again, but this time the first couple levels are way too hard while the rest of the maps are sleep-inducing due to the overabundance of "multi-rocket" ammo. Even in 1997, there were better fan-made episodes online. This expansion is just a ripoff. My condolences if you had to pay extra for this shit on Steam instead of just getting it all in one bundle on GOG.
