This is Quake III Team Arena with 3D sound in ioquake3, the often-forgotten expansion pack to Quake 3 that adds nothing that the main game really needed. Team Arena seems to have trouble running in ioquake3 because several times looping sounds (like torches or the LG hum) would loop the hit HONK instead of the correct sound.
