Replacing Collapsing Institutions with Community Cooperation
0We live a time of great change, a time of transition to higher frequencies of being. The corrupt institutions, especially states and corporations, are ossified and gradually falling apart. The tyranny we live under is becoming ever more apparent.
In this context, the interviewee's app: Better Than Barter, could not come at a better time. Better than is a way of building better communities with crowd sourced networking app whereby people trade favours with eachother, and come together as communities in the process.
This is just one example among many emerging initiatives and approaches (such as Permaculture and Sociocracy) which empower the common people collaborate to get things done in any area from growing your own food, education, construction and the very supply chains we use, and everything in between - without depending on increasingly unreliable and untrustworthy states, corporations and institutions. And honestly, can you foresee these stagnant systems even staying around in the mid-long term?
My perspective is that the way we build the New Earth, one step at a time, is by working together to build new communities which are more than just atomised cookie-cutter homes populated by inauthentic egos, and new ways of doing things in every area of our lives, parallel to and gradually replacing the existing, collapsing systems which are increasingly becoming redundant, with conscious and harmonious community and social-economic-technological structures, from the ground up.
We don't sit around waiting for the awakening to transpire and the New Earth to come. We are in the Age of Aquarius NOW, lets build the New Earth NOW.
