Gameplay of Ravensword Shadowlands on Ubuntu 13.10, with maxed out graphics running at 1920x1080.

In this video I am playing the relatively new Ravensword Shadowlands. Whilst it is derived from a mobile game, it plays very nicely on my Ubuntu setup!

Ravensword Shadowlands is available on Steam for all Linux gamers, and it is also currently in some bundles (at the time of this video, The IndieGala January bundle of 2014).

When first starting it up, it did bug out (my mouse movements would hang the game). After restarting the game though, it works just fine!

Ravensword Shadowlands reminds me very much of Skyrim, but on a lower budget. Gameplay is fun, there's lots of grinding, quests and adventuring. It's the type of RPG where you are free to do what you want, where you want, when you want.
