As in previous Piranha Bytes RPGs, one of the most important things to remember when dealing with Risen's combat is that there's always strength in numbers. Even a weak low-level nameless hero can take on overwhelming odds with a little help from his friends...especially if he's got as many of them as he does in this video.

However, I've noticed that enemies are much less likely to start fighting one another (for example, a very useful tactic in Gothic 3 was to get Orcs fighting with wild animals etc.). It still happens, but it seems that they first have to lose track of you (something which wasn't necessarily required in G3) before focusing their attention on each other.
