"Dynamic" is a word I use a lot to describe Call of Pripyat, and here's a simple example of what I mean by that. Stalkers, monsters and bandits go about their daily business quite independently of the player's own actions, which means (among other things) that they will often start fighting each other spontaneously. And, as in this video, the player can often take advantage of these situations by, say, looting the corpses of the fallen soldiers, or sneaking by unnoticed while the combatants are preoccupied.
By the way, one of my favorite moments in the game so far was when both bandits and stalkers alike took refuge in the Skadovsk camp during an emission...after which they went out into the wilderness again and almost immediately started shooting each other.
