Nvidia's RTX 30 Super cards (the Ampere Refresh) are apparently being known as Ampere Phase 2, and Mass Production of these new GeForce RTX 30 cards is said to start this quarter.
The RTX 30 Super cards will likely replace a lot of the more established GPUs, and use the GA103 core from Nvidia. The rumor is that the clock frequencies will be higher, will small changes in design - including memory.
THE RTX 40 (LOVELACE) architecture though is the next big release from nvidia. GeForce 40 will at least double gaming performance for nvidia, thanks to much higher clock frequencies and way more cuda cores.
Nvidia is going to create Lovelace on the 5nm process, with the next-generation geforce cards releasing next year (likely q4)
Further more, Intel is apparently in talks to purchase globalfoundries for 30Billion USD
And Valve are releasing their own handheld device, once again powered by AMD
