AMD Ryzen Zen 4 is hugely anticipated, and now yet more leaks have popped up, this time for the specifications and core count of Ryzen Raphael. These specs include the Zen 4 Ryzen 6000 core count and the TDP. The recent leaks surrounding the specs of Zen 4 suggest that we could see very impressive gaming performance and benchmarks from AMD once more, who have been crushing Intel with Ryzen for a few years.
With AMD's Ryzen CPU roadmap looking very promising with Zen 4 Raphael and beyond, will Intel actually be able to compete with Alder Lake and Raptor Lake? By all accounts, Ryzen Zen 4 Raphael looks set to CRUSH Intel in performance, but of course price will be a huge factor as well. AMD show no signs of slowing down with Zen 4 (or Zen 5) for that matter, so the Ryzen gaming performance dominance could continue with Ryzen 6000.
There are also reports that the RTX 30 SUPER Ampere refresh GPUs will NOT just be for mobile (laptops) but we will also see RTX 30 SUPER come to desktop as well. Nvidia and AMD have been a lot closer in terms of performance and specs this time, but one big negative for RTX 30 is the amount of RAM. A RAM increase for RTX 30 SUPER desktop graphics card could put them comfortably head of AMD RDNA 2 RX 6000 cards. But will there be stock for these GPUs, and will Nvidia price the RTX 30 refresh competitively enough?
