Nobilia reentered at 26:46. Aegis fight soon after.
So after getting the Diamond Eyes, the Boy gives them to "Horace" who is for whatever reason wearing green like it's St. Patrick's Day. In the midst of this What An Idiot moment and the Boy trying to fix it, we get 2 Rogues trying to act like a miniboss only to take one of the most hilarious moments ever. Mercifully, the rush to save the world from this mistake ends up being a case of Take Your Time, but even then, the evil Horace twin uses the Diamond Eyes successfully on the sacred dog statue, introducing Aegis.
Aegis, whose name is Greek for defense, is the definition of Stone Wall, because all he does is spawn mooks who when all is said and done aren't so threatening in general, aside from maybe the Metal Skullclaws in their cheap design shared by Bone Buzzards except they're still more annoyance than anything. Aegis does nothing himself and the mooks can be shaken off without too much difficulty. Fortunately, he's not even gorgon-faced to create fear or turn people to stone. I sure wouldn't expect results from lending him to the goddess Pallus Athena. ....no, I did NOT make up that quick research in interest of not getting stuck on the Aegis Warship from Game Boy Wars 3, which would have its name based on the AEGIS defense military system in real life that the USA uses.
Whatever is going on with this guy, Aegis, who is supposed to be the region boss, is far more time consuming than anything remotely difficult. And once he's out of the picture, the REAL Horace comes in to arrange cleanup with Tiny. So now we have saved Nobilia. YES!
